The South East Chicago Commission hosted a Small Business Shop Local Reception on Tuesday, November 19 at the Mesler inside the Sophy Hotel in Hyde Park.
This vibrant gathering showcased the South East Chicago Commission’s unwavering commitment to supporting local businesses, creating an atmosphere buzzing with collaboration and civic pride. As we came together to drive economic growth in our neighborhoods, it was a joy to see everyone engaging with one another and celebrating what makes our local commerce so special.
Attendees were invited to support the Chi Gives Back toy drive with a purchased toy donated on site or an online purchase from the children’s wish list. Mesler provided top notch hospitality with an array of food and beverage treats while DJ Nick Nonstop (and his daughter) spun tunes for the musical ambiance.
