Eleanor Kole has lived in Hyde Park for the last 20 years. She is a committee member of the Hyde Park Garden Fair, which organizes two fairs within Hyde Park a year. She is active as a community leader passionate about getting healthy foods to those who need it most. She has a Master’s Degree in Market Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Industry Management with a minor in Sustainable Agriculture and Food. Her leadership abilities date back to high school when she started a garden at her high school. Her professional background has given her experience in culinary, retail, marketing, non-profit work, and agriculture.
